PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING POLICY

1. General Provisions
1.1. This Personal Data Processing Policy (hereinafter - the Policy) has been developed in accordance with the Constitution of the Russian Federation, the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Federal Law No. 149-FZ dated 27 July 2006 ‘On Information, Information Technologies and Information Protection’, Federal Law No. 152-FZ dated 27 July 2006 ‘On Personal Data’ (hereinafter - the Personal Data Law) and regulatory legal acts of the Russian Federation adopted in accordance therewith.
1.2. 4. Purposes of Personal Data Processing
4.1. The Operator may use the User's personal data for the following purposes:

Providing the User with effective customer and technical support in case of problems related to the use of the Website.

5. Legal Grounds for the Personal Data Processing
5.1. The Operator processes the Personal data of the User only if it is sent by the User through the
forms on the Website. By submitting their Personal Data to the Operator, the User agrees with this Policy.
5.2. The Operator processes anonymized User’s data if it is allowed in the User’s browser settings
(includes file retention and JavaScript technology).

6. Procedure for Collection, Storage, Transfer and Other Types of Personal Data Processing
6.1. The Operator ensures the safety of Personal data and takes all possible measures to exclude

with the Regulation # 2016/679 of the European Parliament and the Council of the European Union
“On the Protection of Individuals in Personal Data Processing and Free Circulation of Such Data, as
Well as the Repeal of Directive 95/46 / EC (General Protection Regulation of Personal Data)”, Law on Personal Data and other applicable legislation, taking into account the priority of application of the internal legislation of the Russian Federation.

6.5. The Personal data processing period is unlimited. The User can withdraw his consent to the
processing of Personal data by sending a notification to the Operator at any time via e-mail to the

7. Final Provisions
7.1. The User can receive any clarifications on issues of interest related to the processing of their
